I understand your concerns regarding single order vs subscription orders. Which makes it difficult to inquire about a single order, and though we ask about multiple orders a day, the response depends on the workload our team is facing at the time. Handling a long shipping queue every month means our fulfillment team are constantly aiming to meet deadlines and offer a speedy processing time. Depending on the length of the queue and you order's placement, the wait time varies. When you subscribe, the orders are made through the system directly. When customers place an order for a box, they automatically get placed in the shipping queue. Other issues include damaged products, and so on. For example we might receive an incorrect number of a certain product and though the supplier tries to deliver the missing items quickly we start sending out boxes so our customers would not have to wait extra long. Given that each box consists of multiple items from different suppliers, sometimes there are shipping issues that result in some boxes getting substitute items. They have a limited amount of boxes a month, we wait for the suppliers to provide us each item then it's a race to fulfill all the boxes.

When the first customer service agent reached out to fulfillment and said they get back to me, they never did but this one when it came to issuing the refund fulfillment is awfully quick about emailing you for that. Update they responded to my request for a refund so quickly. I think they have bitten off more than they can chew and they care more about non-subscribers because they pay more for that box.

They tried to say that they have Covid restrictions and forgive me for saying this as a small business owner who has an e-commerce shop that ships hundreds of packages a week unless it’s international there are no restrictions.

If you subscribe you’re screwed and they will make you wait the absolute full time and I know this because I have referred other people to get their box and they started having issues as soon as they subscribed. What I’ve noticed is that the boxes come very quickly with your first order or if you don’t subscribe.

I had to reach out and see what was going on with my box before they would ship it then when I got it, it was missing half the stuff and then the third box, I just didn’t get not only that, but then they change their processing days to 15 days and after reaching out it’s been two days since they told me they will look into it, and I’ve heard nothing so now I’m requesting a refund it’s been a total of 21 days that they have had my money without sending me what I paid for. The first box I got was great got it in about five days the second box they waited exactly the 10 full days for processing.
